Explanation:
can't be sure of much without more context... but caja with respect to Tesorería is generally vaults (i.e., cash in vaults)... as for central, could be at Central Bank, could be main Treasury vault, could be many other things... not enough context to be sure.

Explanation:
Cajas refers to "Cajas de Ahorro" (savings banks) and "centrales" to central or normal, larger banks, I'm pretty sure.

Although "DEL Banco" suggests they are talking about only one bank, so Marian's suggestion would be more like it...
