Spanish term or phrase: FEE
An abbreviation that appears in the title of a talk in the programme for an accountancy conference in Catalonia.

"FEE: la presencia de profesionales españoles es sus comités"

I suppose it is a Spanish or European accountants organisation, but I have no idea if the abbreviation is English or Spanish, as the document contains both.

Thanks

EUROPEAN FEDERATION OF ACCOUNTANTS

Explanation:
Just a guess, but if it's an international conference, this group, which seems to be headquartered in Belgium, goes by FEE (FÉDÉRATION DES EXPERTS COMPTABLES EUROPÉENS) and translates its name as written above.

The European Federation of Accountants

Explanation:
I have found a few instances of this organization on google: Federación de Expertos Contadores Europeos, which would dovetail with your context.

It looks like it comes from the French abbreviation. The second link is the more useful.
