De verdad se necesita más contexto, pero pareciera que se refiere a que los números "no le cuadran".

Acá pareciera más bien estar diciendo que él no sabe nada de números y que el contador anda también medio perdido. Podría ser:

Numbers are not my thing
I'm no good with numbers
