These are the two best known private Registers in Spain that inform the financial entities,banks and any company that is going to extend credit to somebody the situation of the potential debtor.

These Registers are in the process of being severely questioned (in Argentina it happened with the "Veraz") , since the Spanish Courts have considered that they invade the privacy and data protection rights of individual persons.
