This come from a ship loading company report. This question has been asked before, giving "wages" as the translation, but it seems to me that "working days" or some such might be the meaning here. I also have no idea what "censo meains in this context:

El ejercicio 2005 se ha cerrado con un total de 212.189 ***jornales*** de censo y 26.736 de Grupo 0. Esto supone, para los primeros, un incremento del 4,42% respecto al año anterior, mientras que para los segundos representa un descenso del 8,27%. Es necesario matizar este último dato, ya que, si bien la plantilla media del Grupo 0 pasó de 152 trabajadores el año 2004 a 135 en el 2005, la media de ***jornal*** por trabajador subió de 192 a 198 ***jornales*** al año, lo que supone un incremento del 3,13%.
