I think 'valores mobiliarios' may be 'marketable secruties' but am not sure. And I am wondering whether I can translate 'valores inmobiliaros' as 'fixed-income securities'.

As far as i can know and can gather from Google, valores inmobiliarios are the same as valores inmuebles = real estate / (real) property
