A, B y C han lanzado una reciente convocatoria para realizar compras a las empresas del país, incluyendo a las micro y pequeñas empresas (Mype) dedicadas al rubro de confecciones, por un monto aproximado de S/. 2 millones / A B and C have recently made a call for proposals aimed at Peruvian companies, including clothing micro and small companies (Mype, SPanish abbreviation), for an amount equal to S/. 2 million (podría ser?, alguna corrección?)

These terms are so common in international business, that english acronyms "RFP" or "RFQ", are generally used and understood in Latin America. "Call for Bids" is sort of... business casual, but also widely used.

By the way, if in spanish it says "monto aproximado" try "an amount close to/approximate value of..." instead of "equal to"
