Es un informe de auditoría interna de un banco.

En el informe una y otra vez hacen mención a las "observaciones" hechas a los distintos sectores. En algún sentido son como "objections" pero la palabra debería tener un tono menos admonitorio que objectios.

Ellos señalan qué es lo que vieron que un departamento hace mal y luego fijan un reponsable, etc.
