I actually wound up combining your answer and Marian's and other minor alterations. I went with "with regard to the respective period of each yield". If I could, I'd split the points between the two of you. Thanks to everyone for your help! By the way, Lia, I think you misunderstand Marian's suggestion. "Period" is not the subject of the phrase, and "yield" is not the verb. Nonetheless, thank you for all the thought and effort you put into your answer.

with respect to the period each yield applies

Explanation:
rendimiento in this sense is yield rather than return... as in the APY (average percentage yield) of credit card interest, etc.

applied/calculated on the basis of the time delay for each yield/payment due

Explanation:
The 'lapso' refers to time

Essentially, the interest rates...shall be applied to the monthly average of the daily balances of said deposits in the same month. These interests....shall be applied/calculated on the basis of the time delay for each yield/payment due (a rough draft:-) It's not clear whether you are charging or receiving the interest).

That is, with 'por lo que toca al lapso respectivo a cada rendimiento', theres is a delay in payment, so interest is paid/charged in accordance with the time elapsing between the due date and the pay date.

disagree  María Eugenia Wachtendorff: Lia, this has nothing to do with delays, but with clients keeping their deposits untouched over an agreed period.
