Reducción de los fondos propios del Emisor y de sus cuotas participativas, en su caso, a cero, sin liquidación de la Caja y con una aportación simultánea al ***Fondo de Dotación*** o una emisión simultánea de cuotas participativas.

En los casos de: (i) disolución o liquidación del Emisor, o de (ii) una reducción de sus fondos propios y de sus cuotas participativas, en su caso, a cero, sin liquidación del Emisor y con una aportación simultánea al ***Fondo de Dotación*** o una emisión simultánea de cuotas participativas, los titulares de las Participaciones Preferentes que estén en circulación en ese momento tendrán derecho a percibir una Cuota de Liquidación, que se determinará de la siguiente forma.
