Coincido con Matthew sobre la pobreza del español.

"Podrá ser intentada" (?)

Creo que la nulidad podrá ser "declarada" por el accionista o, en caso de que la facultad de anulación corresponda a la otra parte, podrá ser "solicitada" por el accionista.
