The entire sentence goes like this...
proponer al Comité de Riesgos el inicio de acciones judiciales una vez **recabad la información patrimonial del cliente y cuando mediaren circunstancias** que lo aconsejaran
and could **mediaren** be mispelled?? (mediaran) or is this something else??
