Cierre de la Bolsa online lleva el control del proceso. Por el desfase de 48 horas que tiene la Transacción, pasa al Repositorio Fuera de Hora, siempre y cuando la transacción haya sido calzada.

Me explicaron que "Calzar" refiere al proceso de llegar a un acuerdo entre el valor en que se acordo comprar un instrumento (acciones, bonos, etc) y el valor en el que finalmente se compro, ya que estos dos valores poden ser diferentes debido a la diferencias de días entre el acuerdo y la ejecución de la transacción.

Explanation:
Two agreement options... typically european.

Cash - or-Nothing put:
A type of option whose payoff is set to a pre-specified price if the final asset price is below the strike price; if not, the payoff is set to zero.

Cash neutral.
An option whose payoff is agreed to bear same economic impact (neutral) to both buyer and seller. Its a pre-agreed spot or strike if you will.

If such agreements were the rule worldwide, there would be no risk. Why bother hiring analysts, doing forecasts, and so forth?
