Spanish term or phrase: bolsa de ayudas

Can anyone help me with the exact terminology for "bolsa de ayudas". It comes from a website for a company that is offering networking and technological assitance to other NGO's, but thats the only contents I have. From searching it appears that it has something to do with 'grants' or 'funding' but I'd like to know the exact term please. Thanks!

Explanation:
I first thought this would be a noticeboard, as aceavila mentioned, but from the usage, it appears to be the actually money earmarked for aid or grants. "grant fund" is what I've heard most, but "aid fund" would also work.
