"Solicito se sirva conferirme una certificación en la que conste no adeudado a la fecha cantidad alguna en este I. Municipio por impuesto, otros gravámenes o tasas, ni por **alcance de cuentas**, por contratos no cumplidos o por fiscalización."
No sé si se refiere a un alcance impositivo o de otro tipo.
