Desconozco el resto de la redacción, pero en muchos documentos legales se utiliza este término para hace referencia a la pérdida de las utilidades (lucro cesante) que una parte podría haber dejado de percibir debido a las causas allí descritas. Quizá sea tu caso y te sirva.
