Spanish term or phrase: Cancelar acreencias a un banco
Esta frase aparece en un decreto del Banco Central de la Rep. Argentina en relación con la Ley de Entidades Financieras" y dice así:

"...el banco xxx, de conformidad con los artículos 35 bis, apartado II, inciso b) y 53 de la Ley de Entidades Financieras deberá cancelar las acreencias a este Banco Central de acuerdo con lo previsto en el considerando respectivo."

Mi duda más que nada es la preposición correcta a usar en inglés, cuando en castellano dice "A este Banco Central". "to" no resulta ambiguo en este caso?

Cancel debts at a bank


Explanation:
I believe the source text should say 'the financial entitlement law should cancel the debts at this central bank in accordance with...'

I think even 'of' would work instead of 'at'

My answer is to the posted text, but the source text differs somewhat, ('Cancelar acreencias a un banco' vs. cancelar las acreencias a este Banco') After looking at the context more closely this is how I would translate the passage
“… bank xxx, in accordance with 35 articles bis, Part II, section b) and 53 of the Law of Financial Organizations will have to cancel the loans TO this Central bank in accordance with the aformentioned corresponding ruling"
You will notice that I used 'to' as the translation for 'a'. It does't seem to be ambiguious to me. I understand that bankxxx is to cancel loans to the central bank. I don't know if there is more in the source text that would prove this to be true or false.
