Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
Spanish term or phrase: Hipoteca de Comercio de Fe
In a series of documents from Mexico involving a revolving credit line agreement, the following appears: "... inscrito bajo el número XXXX tomo XXXX de Hipotecas de Comercio de fe, fecha XX de Setiembre de XXXX."

What is the best way to translate this in American English?

Many thanks in advance,

-> In relation to ´dar fe´ which would mean certify or attest. Note that in the frase ´fe´ is not in caps and therefore I think it is not part of the name itself. If otherwise please state so.
