Explanation:
More context would be helpful. Anyway, here goes.

This looks like a tax loss carryforward or carryover, which is defined by the Eighth Deluxe Edition of Black's Law Dictionary:
An income tax deduction (esp. for a net operating loss) that can not be taken entirely in a given period (or fiscal year), but may be taken in a later period (usually the next five years).

The above means that if a company suffered a tax loss in fiscal 2002, it would be able to take 20% of that loss as a deduction against income tax in fiscal years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. Consequently, the effect of this tax loss carryforward will be considered as 100% exhausted for purposes of fiscal 2008.

Note: "Agotamiento" in Spanish means "depletion" only in reference to a natural resource such as oil, precious metals, etc. and, therefore, does not apply in this context.
Hope this helps.

Note that the basis for good writing is the use of:
a) nouns in Spanish. (hasta su agotamiento)
b) verbs in English. (until exhausted)
This is one of the fundamentals of translation from Spanish to English taught by Tom West in the courses he has given.
