leasing of movable goods (renting)
Explanation:
Mike: Silviantonia's answer is correct, but in a financial context, "leasing" is the rental of something for financial purposes: the Bank owns it, the lessee uses it, and generally there's a repo option after an xxx period of time at a pre-fixed residual value; the Bank deducts the amortization allowances from taxes, and the lessee the rental payments. It has always been applied to movable goods, but in the last years it has also been used for the financing of real estate properties. Thus the use of the word "renting". Since "renting" is already used in your text, I think that it is not necessary to add anything more to the translation.
