Insolvencia o disminución manifiestas de la capacidad patrimonial del titular, especialmente cuando haga cargos sin suficiente saldo a la cuenta vinculad.

I know it is a reduction in financial means...but looking for a good "contract" way to phrase it....thanks in advance!
