Explanation:
Me parece muy claro que en este contexto se esta refiriendo a acciones comerciales , es decir actividades relacionadas con el comercio y no a acciones en sentido de participacion en sociedades. Los terminos trade y commercial son sinonimos en ingles aunque el termino trade es mas practico y concreto y commercial mas general y abstracto; sin embargo en este caso considero que se puede usar cualquiera de ellos.
