The whole sentence is: "Las acciones se inscribirán en un libro registro en el que se anotarán el nombre y domicilio de cada accionista, los desembolsos pasivos satisfechos, las sucesivas transferencias de acciones, la constitución de derechos reales sobre las mismas y demás menciones legales necesarias"

Thanks to link from Parrot, below, I realise I was slightly off the mark in my explanation. In fact, this is not the same as a "dividendo pasivo". However, the translation is still capital calls.
Just in case "satisfecho" is part of the question - it means "paid" |
