rental of land; rental of site (for solar farm)
Explanation:
use of "finca" is very interesting because in the first attached link there is a heading on the right "huertas solares", as if it were a kind of place for growing trees. The organization in charge of the "Huertas Solares" is called a "Cooperativa Solar".

The second link shows a picture of a "solar farm" in North America.

Property rental /lease

Explanation:

in Argentina, a "finca" is a property at the countryside, in an agricultural area, with, at least, a house as a building construction

neutral  laumolina: good links; related to solar energy production

-> Muchas gracias, un abrazo :-) Deborah

neutral  Andy Watkinson: A "finca" is used simply to refer to a building. An "administrador de fincas" is a "property administrator", nothing to do with "farms".

-> Here is asker's note from the box underneath the question: "Matt Coler: 1:26pm Sep 11, 2007 : This is a [[COOPERATIVA SOLAR]] - so not exactly a farm... This document is from Madrid, Spain... Hope this helps!" - also please see the links in my explanation

agree  Marsha Wilkie: I would go with rental of site.

-> Thanks Marsha, have a nice day :-) Deborah

agree  Matthew Smith: I think "site rental" could be the most failsafe
