Primero trataré de interpretar :)
Creo que se trata de contabilización de operaciones bancarias
Como se sabe la contabilidad tiene partidas de creditos y débitos, o sea cada ingreso tiene su contrapartida, sale efectivo en caja ingresan lápices a inventario de material (un ejemplo)

En este caso se DEBITA la cuenta Remesas y se ACREDITA Remesas Pendientes, me imagino que cuando se confirme la recepción de la remesa, se debitará Remesas pendientes y se acreditará otra contracuenta...
