neutral  Ray Ables: or perhaps "EMPLOYEE RECEIVING SIMILAR COMPENSATION" the difference is taxes are withheld but they are not eligible for Social Security and other benefits, at least in Mexico.

El documento dice "payments to individuals treated as salaries". Evidentemente, habría que adaptarlo un poco. En tu documento (que, por cierto, suena como un formato que he visto muchas veces en mi trabajo), podría quedar algo así como "other income/payments treated as salary"
