Spanish term or phrase: ingresos gastos renta
I'm going over the translation of a loan application form for micro businesses.

It's under the heading INGRESOS/GASTOS DEL NEGOCIO Y HOGAR and it's been translated as Revenues Expenses Income.

Can someone enlighten me as to the difference between ingresos and renta; I thought both related to income, or does renta mean rent in this case, perhaps?

Thanks.

income/expenses/revenue or rent

Explanation:
Ingrensos - income - funds received

Gastos del negocio y hogar - business and home expenses or costs

Renta - could mean rent and in payment for home and/or office space in this case is would be an expense or liability

If this is rent received it would be revenue under an income category and the property could be considered an asset that adds to net worth.
