This is an excerpt from a Contract for Irrevocable Letter of Credit from a Venezuelan bank. It starts En el supuesto de hecho que en .... exista un regimen de control de cambio de la moneda, ..... estara' obligado a cumplir

Explanation:
Just out of curiosity, why make it a "no-points" question? I have never understood why some questions are posted on this basis and I would be grateful for some insight.

Jeanne: Thanks for the reply. I don't really care about the points; I'm incentivated more by an interesting question than by the 4 points it might bring
However, I get the impression (purely subjective) that "no-points" questions tend not to attract answers. Also, "first validated" may mean you automatically accept an answer that is utter crap just because three people are all equally in the dark about an issue. :-)
