please, my brain is tired! I'm trying to think of a good way to say this
These are the results of an employee satisfaction survey, they were asked what makes the company a good one to work for.
here is the answer in context:
Sus instalaciones, sus prestaciones, su interes por el empleado, su pasión por la marca. Hay gente que está muy motivada lo cuál la hace agradable. El Director de la compañía se ve comprometido *por que así sea y aún más lo hace*. La importancia que le da ala gente como principal recurso del negocio es excelente.

Thank you.

thanks Adriana, I used the first part of your answer and then I think it should read "and that makes it even more so" referring to "a pleasant place to work"

[The Director is committed] to making it so, and also does it himself

Explanation:
The Director is committed to making it so, and also does it himself.

"committed to making it so" -- 7,770 hits on Google:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="committed to making it...

"also does it himself" -- 4 hits on Google:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="also does it himself"

Hmm... only 4 hits on Google for the very common-sounding phrase "also does it himself".

If we wanted to be daring, we could replace "also does it himself" with a colorful (but very common) English saying which expresses this same idea a bit more forcefully:

The Director is committed to making it so, and also practices what he preaches.

"also practices what he preaches" -- 642 hits on Google
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="also practices what he...

Wow! It turns out that the saying "also practices what he preaches" gets a lot more hits than the simple phrase "also does it himself."

It would be quite natural for someone to use this English saying in a spontaneous answer to a survey to emphasize the point. So if non-literal translations are ok for this job, you might want to use this colorful but common English saying.
