Treasury bills and notes and sovereign bonds?
Treasury bonds and notes and sovereign bonds?
Mil gracias, colegaZ

TREASURY BILL

A Treasury bill is a Treasury security that is issued with less than 1 year till maturity. Unlike Treasury bonds and notes which pay interest semi-annually, Treasury bills are issued at a discount from their face value. Interest income from Treasury bills is the difference between the purchase price and the Treasury bill's face value. Bills are issued in denominations of $10,000 with increments of $5,000 for amounts above $10,000. The Treasury auctions 3-month and 6-month bills every Monday with settlement on Thursday. Bills with 52-week maturities are auctioned every fourth Thursday for settlement on the following Thursday. The Treasury also auctions cash management bills with maturities from a few days to nearly a year. These auctions are not regularly scheduled.

treasury bonds or bills

Explanation:
The "tesoro" applies to both the bonos and the letras. Bills (letras) are short-term securities and bonds are longer term.
