con tu nota me aclaras y estoy bastante segura que son aportes a capital, es una forma interesante de lograr que los accionistas incrementen su participación accionaria sin poner capital en sí (en billetes) la frase dice que si se retrasan en un pago y hay una multa (obviamente) esta no puede ser considerada como un aporte de capital (sería injusto para el resto) |
