Tengo que traducir la siguiente frase al inglés:

Uno de los defectos en las organizaciones menos eficientes es el de la "reunionitis", donde se pierde el tiempo sin hacer nada.... etc. etc.

Necesito mantener el tono despectivo del original. Agradezco vuestra ayuda.

Explanation:
Teniendo en cuenta que "-itis" en español remite a "inflamación" y por tanto a "enfermedad", se me ocurre que puedes recurrir a un juego de palabras utilizando un sufijo que aporte un valor de negatividad como "-ness": carelessness, defeatness...
Bueno, es una opción...
