Nosotros no hemos recibido quejas por parte de nadie mencionando que no han recibido nuestros correos. Nuestro sistema al igual que muchos, cuando un correo no puede ser entregado por diversas cuestiones, nos lo regresa, y este no fue el caso. Por lo tanto, te pediria de favor que checaras con tu departamento de sistemas cual seria la causa de que este correo en particular no lo recibieras.

Por otro lado, como se puede apreciar claramente en el correo que XXXX te envio, (XXXXXX XXXXXX-Persona) es el ordenante de las transferencias, por lo tanto, probablemente sera dificil de tener informacion de el. Sin embargo, la preguntas entonces *****tendrian que enfocarse a quien si es tu cliente****, quien sea el beneficiario de las transferencias y por otro lado explicar por que recibiste un pago por una remesa donde el beneficiario de los cheques era el, quien fue el beneficiario final, por que razon se procesaron esta cantidad de cheques consecutivas y por dichos montos, etc., etc.

However, this begs the questions, if we are to focus on the fact that it was your client that was the beneficiary of the transfers, why did you receive the payment for the delivery if he was the beneficiary of the checks . . .
