i.e. if the debtor has agreed to pay them cash once rendered (at sight), or at xx days of execution, or at xx days of billing/invoicing...so, if your context doesn't allow you to determine this, "cobrar" is "collection" and "pago" is payment. Same thing.

Pues tienes toda la razón... se refiere a los servicios que se le han realizado a la empresa y que están pendientes de cobrar/facturar... Creo que tu opción: "pending invoicing" se adapta perfectamente al contexto.

Thanks everyone- although, isn't it the "cantidades" that are pending payment (pendientes de pago) and the services that are "pending invoicing" (pendientes de cobrar)? (Pending invoicing being what I am asking about.) Or am I totally off on this one?
