Spanish term or phrase: accionistas por desembolsos exigidos
Hola,
he buscado en proz y he encontrado uncalled (share) capital tanto para "accionistas por desembolsos exigidos" como para "accionistas por desembolsos no exigidos". ¿Es lo mismo?
Muchas gracias

called-up share capital
Explanation:
No, they are not the same.

accionistas por desembolsos no exigidos = uncalled (share) capital

CALLED UP SHARE CAPITAL - the amount that the company has required shareholders to pay on the shares issued.

The reason for your confusion is probably this question:

http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1345365

The asker originally asked for the term "accionistas por desembolsos exigidos", but his actual context was "accionistas por desembolsos NO exigidos", which is why he chose a translation for that term and not the one you are now asking for.

agree  Tom Thumb: it is on a bal. sheet, after all. So capital, rather than the shareholders.

1) shareholders correponding to uncalled capital/capital pending payment;2) partly paid up/paid in,

Explanation:
"...share capital".- "Capital totalmente desembolsado" es "fully paid up/paid in capital".-

Suerte.-
