This is not about tax but property declarations:

a) Database of Obligated Officers
On the basis of the information provided by the Human Resources areas of the entities
that make up the NPA, the AO built a database that has been called: “Universe of
Obligated [Officers]”, that contains the list of officers under the obligation of submitting
property declarations. The database includes the officers’ identification number, the
name, the position and the dates of admission and release from the Universe. Any
changes in the position of office held are also entered as they occur.

c) System’s Internet Website
This site was designed to receive the declarations sent by public officers from the
application software. Access to the uploading functionality is controlled by the officer’s
identification number and a personal login and password provided by the website. In
other words, if an officer has not registered in the database “Universo de Obligados”, he
or she will not be able to send any information to the system.
