I'm not really sure about the "por vez" here.....

Se acreditará solamente un Beneficio por vez a un Préstamo. En el caso en que los Prestatarios para un (1) Préstamo califiquen para más de un (1) Beneficio durante el mismo período de tiempo, los Beneficios se aplicarán de manera consecutiva por orden de aprobación.
