Spanish term or phrase: se han ido cerrando a corto plazo
En el ejercicio 2007 debido a los trabajos de ingeniería destinados a la renovación de parte de las instalaciones fabriles, ha sido imposible llegar a producir al nivel de máxima capacidad instalada, por lo que no se ha podido satisfacer las demandas de todos los clientes. Los contratos se han ido cerrando a corto plazo, aprovechando así todo el recorrido de la subida de precios.

Explanation:
there is a temporal verb issue here you will have to address based on your understanding of the larger document. remember spanish present perfect can translate as perfect or past simple in english. you may also mention "short turnaround times" instead of "quickly". hope this helps
