"Inversión inmobiliaria" is "real estate investment"
"Inversión mobiliaria" is investment in securities, equities, fixed income...etc...i.e. financial instruments, NOT real estate.
The term for "tratamiento" is not management (this would refer to how the investors "manage" their tax affairs)
The correct term is "treatment", i.e. how the tax authorities treat the investments.

Thank you very much. It was a last minute post on a piece I thought I'd finished and wanted to check 'tax treatment' and whether it was a real term or not and thank goodness I did. Cindyr, I made the same mistake as Andres. I looked into the dictionary again and came up with what I wrote in my reply to Andy. So please delete my answer and just hope either Andre or I could have helped you.
I misread "inversion mobiliaria" as "inversion inmobiliaria" the former being "fixed rate / variable rate investment funds". Kindly delete my suggested translation of the term below.
