Spanish term or phrase: calificación por ámbito
Se trata de un informe sobre la calificación de la gestión de inversiones de un municipio. En el informe mencionan 8 ámbitos que se evalúan para emitir una calificación final. Los ámbitos son los siguientes:
- Organización y recursos para la gestión de inversiones
- Acceso a información por parte de autoridades y ciudadanos
- Identificación de la idea del proyecto
- Programación de inversiones (anual y multianual)
- Preinversión
- Ejecución de proyectos
- Gestión administrativa de proyectos
- Resultados de la gestión de inversiones (post-inversión)

En el resumen del informe indican 2 tipos de calificación, una calificación general y otra calificación por ámbitos.

Mi problema es que, a pesar de las muchas opciones en glosdarios y diccionarios, no logro encontrar la palabra exacta para traducir "ámbito" en este contexto.

The general qualification would be some sort of "average", while the itemized qualification would be broken down according to the 8 items you listed above.
