Explanation:
Si se trata de una SRL (Sociedad de responsabilidad limitada), en Argentina yo uso la palabra units of interest. Te pego un link para que veas un contrato de constitución originario de EEUU. De todos modos, asumo tb que es una SRL porque sino debería decir acciones.
