Have an idea what this means but looking for suggestions as to the best way to express it.
- Posibilidad de una **toma de participación** en (Company name), el holding de (Company name), que, como Vd. ya conoce, agrupa las participaciones industriales de nuestro Grupo. |

I would put "holding" as a possibility, but as you've got "Holding Co." a little later, best to keep things clear! |

| Grading comment Thanks Edward! I would´ve used ´shareholding´normally but as you said I had ´Holding´later on in the sentence. Thanks to everybody else too for suggestions.
