Bus/Financial - Finance (general) | | Spanish term or phrase: Junta General extraordinaria y universal de accionistas | Ok - haven´t seen the word 'universal' used for this type of meeting before. can´t anybody suggest ways of phrasing it for me or even tell me what 'universal' means here? It´s pretty urgent too! Many thanks.
