Spanish term or phrase: almacén depósito (calle blancos)
De detalles de un Estado de Cuenta, la oficina donde tuvo lugar cierta transacción -- tengo la corazonada que tiene que ser el nombre de un sitio en Costa Rica.
From details of a bank statement, it is the office at which the transaction occured -- must be the name of a place in Costa Rica.

bonded warehouse
Explanation:
Apparently, this looks like a bonded warehouse locatted on Calle Blancos.

Barron's Dictionary of International Business Terms has the following definition for "bonded warehouse":

A warehouse authorized by the customs authorities for storage or the manufacture of goods on which payment of duties is deferred until the goods enter the Customs Territory.

Hope this helps.

Notes to answerer
Asker: quizá, como un "almacén aduanal" -- maybe there's a customs house on Blanco Street... I'll wait a day or two, maybe someone from Costa rica will know for sure. Thanks, Richard.

agree  Technoscience: Just to clarify: the Spanish doesn't say anything about "bonded", although it does not exclude it. The plainer translation might be "storage warehouse", without mention of any customs issues.
