RATIO DE GARANTIA O SOLVENCIA TOTAL: Indica la seguridad que da la empresa a sus acreedores de poder cobrar sus créditos y cuál es la distancia de la empresa hacia un posible estado de quiebra (comparando lo que tenemos con lo que debemos, si lo que debemos es más, estaremos en situación de quiebra). Mide la solvencia de una manera más real, eliminando del cálculo, el activo ficticio (gastos constitución...) parte intangible y no embargable del activo total. Así el Activo Real es aquel que en caso de liquidación de la empresa puede convertirse en dinero líquido para hacer frente a las posibles deudas.
Ratio Garantía = Activo Real / Exigible total
Activo Real = Activo Total - Activo Ficticio

Es la relación que existe entre el activo real de una empresa y sus deudas totales y permite acreditar la garantía que la empresa ofrece a sus acreedores para hacer frente a sus obligaciones de pago y se expresa por el cociente:
Ratio de Garantía = Activo Real / Exigible Total
