Sorry, this is a bit long. I am having trouble with this paragraph. It's from a CV and it's so run-on... This person is describing his experience as a manager during a merger. See below:

"• Llevar a cabo la fusion, el cambiar la mentalidad de la gente en su forma de trabajar anterior, la cual era un proceso más departamental a lograr trabajar en equipos, requirió un gran esfuerzo y liderazgo ya que lo primero que se debía transmitir era que uno estaba convencido del nuevo esquema y posteriormente hacer que los equipos trabajaran conjuntamente de forma apropiada."

Yes, quite a run-on sentence!

By the way, the "la" in "la cual era un proceso más departamental" had me confused - until I realized it referred back to "forma" and thought of maybe putting a comma at the end of the phrase: "la cual era un proceso más departamental**,**" - meaning the old way ("forma") of working was more departmental, and now he was convincing them to use teamwork...
