Pensé que iba a ser fácil, pero no termino de ubicar esta ley ni tampoco se me ocurren traducciones apropiadas. La frase es así (es una presentación de Argentina):

La cesión de créditos, regulada por el Código Civil argentino, y la Ley Cambiaria constituyen la base normativa para [el factoring].

Por lo que pude encontrar, parece que se refiere a un decreto ley del 63 que regula las letras de cambio y el cheque.

agree  MikeGarcia: Absolutamente correcto. Se refiere a la ley del derecho comercial que regula los títulos de crédito, (D.Ley 5965/63), pagaré, letra de cambio y cheque. Es parte del Código de Comercio, en Argentina.

neutral  Daniel Coria: Hola Maru. Patricia había puesto la misma sugerencia, pero en este caso, como lo explica cos2877, no se trata de "exchange" sino de letras de cambio y cheques (instrumentos negociables). Saludos!
