Spanish term or phrase: efectivo o disponible

What is the difference between these two words? I thought they both mean "cash" in English. How would you translate the phrase containing them both? Just say cash once?
"...cartas de [nombre de la compañía] en donde se detallan la seguridad de los activos con ellos, el manejo de efectivo o disponible, las compañías de auditoria...."
