En cada fecha en que la Acreditada solicite al XXXXXX que compruebe el cumplimiento de las condiciones descritas en la presente cláusula, la Acreditada deberá abonar al XXXXXX una comisión de (i) si se trata de la primera solicitud, EUR 10.000 y (ii) en sucesivas solicitudes, un importe igual al resultado de sumar EUR 10.000 a la comisión que hubiese sido satisfecha en la solicitud de reducción de margen inmediatamente anterior.

I can't work out what this means here in (ii). It seems to me that the amount is always going to be 10,000 euros each request, isn't it?

Kathryn, my understanding, if correct, if what is written in Spanish is that in future applications an amount equal to the sum of 10,000 euros plus the commission that would have been met or paid in the immediate preceding request with a reduced margin.
