Estoy traduciendo unos programas de estudios de un licenciado en ciencias administrativas y llegué a un punto donde la redacción del original me tiene enredada:

"Seminario Tópicos de Gerencia:

Captar para el logro del mejor desempeño en el rol gerencial que tanto como líder o como reactor pudiera enfrentar cualquier situación. El liderazgo. Radiografía de la organización. Dinámica de grupos."

Hasta los momentos, he colocado:

"In order to achieve the best performance in the management role, learn to face any situation, whether as a leader or as a reactor. "

1) No sé si capté la odea correctamente, porque el original me mareó; 2) no sé si está bien redactado en inglés; 3) desconozco la palabra "reactor" en este contexto, por lo que no sé si se traduce así.

I think that this is the sense. I don't think that "catalyst" is a legitimate translation of the Spanish *reactor*.
